The basics for ordering from G&E — read this before you check out.

We'd like to clarify an important point regarding orders.
The store's rules are clear from the start, and every customer who places an order has reviewed them before confirming their order.
- Once a product arrives in Egypt, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Customs fees are flagged in advance, as is the cost of air shipping, since it's higher.
- We've provided a sea shipping option to be more cost-effective for those it suits.
Therefore, once the product arrives in Egypt, we are not obligated to refund its value or cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the store's policy.
سعر المنتج لا يشمل رسوم الجمارك، ويتم دفع الجمارك عند وصول المنتج إلى مصر.
الشحن الجوي يستغرق حوالي 20 يومًا وتكون رسوم جماركه أعلى.
الشحن البحري يستغرق حوالي 3 أشهر وتكون رسوم جماركه أقل، وهو خيار مناسب لمن يفضل توفير التكلفة.
بعض المنتجات يكون الشحن البحري هو الخيار الوحيد المتاح لها.
الشحن متاح داخل مصر، ومتاح أيضًا داخل أمريكا.
The product price does not include customs fees — customs are paid when the product arrives in Egypt.
Air shipping takes around 20 days and comes with higher customs fees.
Sea shipping takes around 3 months and comes with lower customs fees — a good option if you'd rather save on cost.
For some products, sea shipping is the only available option.
Delivery inside Egypt is a flat EGP 150 to any governorate. We also ship worldwide (fee confirmed after checkout).

الاستور غير مسؤول عن أي تلف ناتج عن كون المنتج قادمًا من خارج مصر، فالمنتجات تنتقل بين دول ومسافات طويلة، وفي حالات نادرة قد يظهر "كورنر" بسيط أو علامة خفيفة جدًا على الألبومات نتيجة لذلك.
نعمل دائمًا على توفير أفضل تغليف ممكن لتقليل هذا الاحتمال.
Every product is checked and 100% guaranteed before it ships, and our warehouse team always makes sure it's packaged securely and well.
The store isn't responsible for damage caused simply by a product coming from outside Egypt — items travel long distances between countries, and in rare cases a slight corner ding or a very faint mark can appear on albums as a result.
We're always working to provide the best packaging possible to reduce this risk.
في حال وصول الطلب إلى مصر ومرور أسبوع دون تواصل من العميل/ة، أو دون الرد وسداد المبلغ المتبقي المستحق، سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.
العربون غير قابل للاسترجاع نهائيًا تحت أي ظرف في حالة إلغاء الطلب.
نرجو الالتزام بمواعيد الاستلام والتواصل لتجنب إلغاء الطلب.
If a week passes after the order arrives in Egypt without the customer getting in touch, or without responding and paying any remaining balance due, the order will be cancelled automatically.
The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances if an order is cancelled.
Please stick to pickup timelines and stay in touch to avoid your order being cancelled.

Privacy policy
What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city, the payment method you choose and any notes you add. Your WhatsApp number is optional. When you contact us we collect your name, email and message.
Why we use it. To confirm, deliver and support your order, and to reply to your messages. We do not sell your data.
Who handles it. We use a few services to run the shop: Cloudflare (image delivery and receiving your order form) and Resend (emails your order to us) and Google Fonts. These providers process data on our behalf. Payments are sent by you directly through Telda, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. We do not see or store card numbers.
How long we keep it. We keep order records as long as we need them to fulfil your order, handle any issues and meet our legal and accounting duties.
Your rights. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to gandestore11@gmail.com. Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) gives you these rights.
Cookies and storage
G&E does not use advertising, marketing or analytics cookies.
To make the shop work, your browser stores a few items on your device: your cart, your wishlist, recently viewed products, your latest orders (including the name, phone and address you entered, so you can view or edit them) and whether you have dismissed our notice. You can clear this any time in your browser settings. Doing so empties your cart and wishlist on this device.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you open the site.
Terms and conditions
Orders. Placing an order is a request to buy. We confirm each order with you before it is processed. Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Items are subject to availability.
Payment. You can pay by Telda, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Where an order is placed with a deposit, the remaining amount is due as explained on the Rules page and when we confirm your order.
Shipping and customs. Product prices do not include customs fees, which are paid when the product arrives in Egypt. Air shipping takes about 20 days and sea shipping about 3 months. Delivery inside Egypt is a flat EGP 150 to any governorate. We also ship worldwide, with the fee confirmed after checkout. Full details are on the Rules page.
Products and packaging. Every product is checked before it ships and packed with care. Items travel long distances, so a very small corner ding or faint mark on an album can happen. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
Cancellations and refunds
After arrival in Egypt. Once a product has arrived in Egypt, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Deposits. A deposit is not refundable if an order is cancelled. If an order has reached Egypt and a week passes without a reply or payment of the remaining amount, it is cancelled automatically.

G&E started in 2020, honestly just because I couldn't find a shop that actually got it — not just one group, all of it. Whatever fandom you're in, whoever's got your heart, I want you to find it here.
Since then it's grown into somewhere over a thousand people have ordered from, across Egypt, the Gulf, and beyond. Albums, photocards, keychains, apparel, collectibles — if it exists for your group, I'm trying to get it to you.
